The San Marzano tomato is an heirloom variety from the small South Italian village of the same name that is considered by many chefs to be the best sauce tomatoes in the world. Package with 30 San Marzano tomato seeds Preculture from March, germinates at 20 °C in about 10 days. In May, harden the young plants of about 15 cm height and plant them in the greenhouse or outdoors. Possibly needs tying to supports. Pinching out the side shoots is absolutely necessary - leave only few tomatos fruits per plant.
